Andrea is a qualified Health Kinesiology and Touch for Health practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She is passionate about empowering others to reach their own personalised wellness goals in a way that’s totally unique to them.

Health Kinesiology (HK) and Touch for Health (TFH) goes beyond symptoms. Using manual muscle bio-feedback, or muscle testing, we create a personalised plan to address the root causes of imbalances, promoting holistic healing and optimal body energy flow.

HK and TFH are comprehensive holistic approaches to balance the body’s energy system. These systems include the same 14 major meridians that acupuncturists use.

Using her skills, Andrea tests specific muscles to gather information and feedback directly from the client’s bodymind energy. A ‘switched off’ muscle indicates where stressors are present, and from this Andrea can balance the energy system by touching and stimulating specific acupoints and other energy reflexes. A variety of other energy tools are often introduced to stimulate the energy flow, such as thought, light, sound, magnets, essences, homeopathies, and many more.

Andrea specialises in impediments to learning, fears, self-confidence, creativity and performance, psychological and relationship troubles, and electromagnetic distress, although she have seen success with clients in many other areas, such as back problems, and lung complaints.

Andrea also specialise in allergies, intolerances and sensitivities. This include anything: food, drink, environmental factors, pollens, dust, chemicals, pets. Through feedback from muscle testing, Andrea can identify the substance(s) that is challenging the client’s system. Specific reflexes and acupoints are stimulated to get the body’s energy system to flow so that it recognises the energy pattern of the substance(s) and be able to safely eliminate it.

Andrea is a member of the Kinesiology Federation, and she is currently studying to achieve advanced Kinesiology and Touch for Health accreditations.
