At The Natural Healthcare Centre you are welcome to book an initial 15 minute free consultation with a relevant practitioner to discuss your health situation before booking for treatment. This gives you an opportunity to meet us first and to discuss what your treatment options are.

There are 3 ways to book an appointment to see a practitioner at The Natural Healthcare Centre.

3. We also provide the option of booking an appointment online for certain practitioners. (When using the Online Booking facility you are giving your consent for us to collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.)

Cancellation Policy

Whilst we are aware that last minute mishaps and events do happen and you may have to cancel your appointment, but please be aware that we have a cancellation policy. Often, our practitioners have waiting lists of patients or clients that are desperately in need of treatment. It is a real shame when we have wasted appointments and practitioners who have to incur the overhead costs of gaps in their appointment schedule.

• Cancellations with 24 hours notice will not incur a cancellation charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will usually incur a charge of £30. Repeated late cancellations may incur the full cost of the missed treatment.
