Pilates can be a really effective addition to any rehabilitation programme alongside chiropractic and physiotherapy.

Postural analysis and biomechanical testing performed initially to help with identifying any possible restrictions within the body and based on the result prescriptive exercises tailored to your needs.
As any restrictions are resolved conditioning and core work will be incorporated into sessions, which will be tailored towards your needs.
£55.00 for the initial session (90 minutes) and then £43.00 (60 minutes) thereafter. I can also cater for SMALL Groups* (4 people) and you can split the cost amongst your friends.
