Grahame Gargini, MBAcC (Member of the British Acupuncture Council), MRCHM (Member of the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine), DipAc (Shanghai, China, SWCOM Bristol), DipCHM (CICM). Founder of The Natural Healthcare Centre in 1999, he now runs the Centre as a partnership alongside Anil Arora.
Grahame started his studies in Chinese medicine in 1991. He graduated as an shiatsu practitioner in 1994 and acupuncturist in the UK in 1997 and then continued his studies in China. His nutrition training begun in 1999 in the United States with Biomeridian and has continued with regular visits back to the USA ever since.
He offers treatments in a wide range of disorders including infertility and gynaecology, digestive, fatigue, pain, dermatology, as well as auto-immune & allergic disease.
Grahame has also taught Chinese medicine at The South West College of Oriental Medicine in Bristol, but now concentrates on his clinical work and on running The Natural Healthcare Centre.
Grahame also owns and runs Acuhealth Limited, a company dedicated to achieving results and getting people well using Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. (See www.acupuncture-health.org). He encompasses his thorough knowledge of nutrition as part of his practise and uses an extensive range of blood and urine laboratory testing to aid his diagnostic work.
Another element to Grahame's practise is Bioelectrical Impedance Measurement (BIM), using the Meridian Stress Assessment system (MSAS Pro) from Biomeridian in the USA. This analyses acupuncture points indicating areas of imbalance in the form of a health assessment. His knowledge of this combined with his Chinese medicine credentials is unique in the UK. He regularly visits the United States to continue his research and studies in this field.
